Hotline Glass - Outcome of AGM

Hotline Glass Ltd has informed that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on March 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. Adoption of the Audited Accounts as on December 31, 2006 together with the Auditors' Reports thereon.

2. Mr. D C Mathur as a Director of the Company.

3. M/s. S S Kothari Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company to hold office till date.

4. Appointment of Mr. Anuj Gupta and Mr. Rajneesh Malhotra as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
