With reference to the earlier announcement regarding the Board Meeting to be held on April 30, 2007, to consider the un-audited accounts for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, Harvic Management Services India Ltd has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Company will approve the audited accounts by June 30, 2007.
