Interface Financial - Updates

Interface Financial Services Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Agreement entered into by the Company with Mr. Himal K Parikh as a Managing Director, the Company had received Notice from Mr. Himal K Parikh for termination of the above agreement with effect from December 31, 2007. Accordingly, Mr. Himal K Parikh's term as Managing Director, and as a Director of the Company and as Compliance Officer and as Committee Member of the different committees of the Board of Directors of the Company has ended on December 31, 2007.
