20 Microns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 06, 2014, inter alia, has approved / taken note of the following :<br/><br/>1. Appointment of Mrs. Darsha R. Kikani as an Additional Director of the Company;<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Bharat Kanani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and consequent there to Mr. Sudhir R. Parikh was re-designated as Director (Finance);<br/><br/>3. Subject to all necessary/relevant approval(s)/intimation(s), if any, considered and approved, the requests received from Promoters Group viz. Ms. Alpa Turakhiya, Ms. Shilpa Mehta and Ms. Rupal Pathak, relatives of the erstwhile Promoter - Mr. Anantrai K. Kamdar, for re-classification of their respective shareholdings to Public Shareholding.
