Interface Financial - Outcome of AGM

Interface Financial Services Ltd has informed that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Adoption of the Directors Report, Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2007 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date along with Schedules and Notes forming part of the Accounts for the year ended on that date, and Auditors' Report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of M/s. Shah Narielwala & Co., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions.

3. Appointment of Shri. L N Patel, Mr. Mahendra C Shah, Mr. Bhupendra K Shah & Mr. Praful S Shah as Directors of the Company.

4. Re-appointment of Mr. Himal K Parekh as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from July 01, 2007, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
