Elgitread India fixes Record Date for Scheme of Arrangement

Elgitread India Ltd has informed that April 30, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date
to determine equity shareholders of the Company entitled to receive two equity shares of Treadsdirect Ltd for every one equity share of Re 1/- each held in the Company.
