Harvic Management Services India Ltd has informed that instead of approving Unaudited Financial results for the Fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008, the Company will approve audited results for the year ended March 31, 2008 within 3 months from March 31, 2008 i.e. before June 30, 2008.
