Centurion Bank of Punjab - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd has informed that the Reserve Bank of India vide its Order dated May 20, 2008 has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd with HDFC Bank Ltd. The Scheme of Amalgamation shall come into effect from May 23, 2008.
