ACI Infocom - Outcome of AGM

ACI Infocom Ltd has informed that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on November 29, 2008, inter alia, have considered & approved the following:

1. Approval of Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2008 and the Report of Auditors and Directors thereon.

2. Mr. Suresh Narayana & Ms. Divya Gupta were not appointed as Directors of the Company as they have not offered themselves for re-appointment.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. Snehal Mazoomdar & Co., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company.
