Belapur Industries - Outcome of Board Meeting

Belapur Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 12, 2008 has decided after receiving the approval from Regional Director, Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai, to shift the Registered Office from Laher Mansion No.2, 2nd Floor, 104-A Lady Jamshedji Road, Mahim (West), Mumbai 400 016 to P.O. Harigaon, Taluka Shirirampur, Ahmednagar 413 718 with effect from January 01, 2009.
