Asian Films Production & Distribution Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 16, 2009, inter alia, has accepted and took note of the resignation of Mr. Kamal Nayan Harakchand from the Directorship of the Company w.e.f. February 16, 2009.
