Nachmo Knitex Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has vide an order dated February 12, 2009, appointed Official Liquidator attached to the High Court as Provisional Liquidator with all powers under the Companies Act, 1956 including the power to take charge of the assets, records, documents, papers, vouchers, bills etc. of the Company in a winding up petition filed by a creditor of the Company.
