3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has made a grant of 97,32,000 options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2014 (under 3i Infotech Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007 (ESOS 2007).<br/><br/>The aforesaid grants have been made at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- per stock option.<br/><br/>These options would be exercised during the Exercise Period as defined under ESOS 2007 being the period commencing from the date of vesting of options and ending on the later of (i) ten years from the date of grant of Options or (ii) five years from the date of vesting of options.
