Ras Propack - Outcome of AGM

Ras Propack Lamipack Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on March 28, 2009, have passed the following business:

1. The Balance Sheet as at September 30, 2008 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Auditor's and Director's Reports were approved and adopted.

2. Mr. Roger C B Pereira, Director of the Company who retired by rotation was re-appointed.

3. M/s. N P Gandhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Auditors of the Company were re-appointed as Auditors.
