Koa Tools India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would publish Audited Financial results for the Last Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2009 within the Period of 3 months i.e. by June 30, 2009. Hence the Unaudited results of the Company for the last Quarter ended March 31, 2009 will not be publish.
