First Custodian Fund India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2009, on or before June 30, 2009, accordingly there will be no Board Meeting for consideration of quarterly un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
