Shimoga Technologies - Updates

Shimoga Technologies Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes with effect from April 01, 2009, due to the leasing of the Company's manufacturing facilities in pursuance of the resolution passed at the EGM of the Company held on March 20, 2009.

- Shri. Suresh Shastry, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, has resigned from his post as Managing Director with effect from April 01, 2009. However he continues to be the Chairman & Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2009.

2. Smt. Shailaja Suresh , Director has resigned with effect from March 14, 2009.

3. Sri. P S SrinivasaRaghavan, Company Secretary resigned from his office with effect from April 01, 2009 and in his place, Mr. Suresh Shastry, Chairman & Director shall be the Compliance Officer.
