Rai Saheb Rekhchand Mohota Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the decision taken by the Board of Directors, Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 will be published within the stipulated period of 3 months from the close of the Accounting year.

Therefore, the Company is not publishing the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ending March 31, 2009.
