Matra Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Company has decided to exercise the option of furnishing the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009. Therefore the Company will not submit unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2009.
