VJIL Consulting Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has arranged to publish the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 before June 30, 2009 i.e. within a period of three months of the closing of accounting year. Therefore, the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2009 will not be published.
