Siel Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish audited financial results within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the current financial year 2008-2009 i.e. quarter ended March 31, 2009.

Hence, the Un-audited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009 shall not be published.
