Apple Finance - FY 09 results by Jun 30, 2009

Apple Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company will take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009 on or before June 30, 2009. This will also Include the audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.

In view of the above, the Company shall not additionally publish the unaudited financial results (provisional) for the financial year ended March 31, 2009 as well as for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
