Integra Hindustan Board recommends Dividend

Integra Hindustan Control Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 24, 2009, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 12% i.e. Rs 1.20 per share for the year ended March 31, 2009.
