Geefcee Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider, the Quarterly Financial Results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2009 and the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended March 21, 2009 and for consideration of Dividends, if any.
