Natura Hue Board to consider Sub-division of equity shares

Natura Hue Chem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider grant leave of absence to those Directors who seek leave of absence.

2. To consider Sub-division of face value of equity shares of the Company.
