Ador Welding Board recommends Dividend

Ador Welding Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend for the year 2008-09 at Rs 4/- per share (i.e. 40% of the face value of Rs 10/- each).
