Valiant Communications Board recommends Dividend

Valiant Communications Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 02, 2009, inter alia, has recommended the payment of a dividend of Rs 1.20/- (i.e. 12%) per equity share, having face value of Rs 10/- each, for the financial year ended on March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of members at its 16th Annual General Meeting.
