Advanced Micronic Board recommends Dividend

Advanced Micronic Devices Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Re 1.00 per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs 10.00 each) for the year 2008-2009, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the General Meeting.
