Vadilal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2009, and

2. To recommend divided, if any, on 7187830 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company.
