Maximaa Systems - Outcome of Board Meeting

Maximaa Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 15, 2009, has decided to amalgamate M/s. MaxiMaa Infoways Pvt. Ltd and M/s. Mapara Furniture Pvt. Ltd with M/s. MaxiMaa Systems Ltd. It has also been decided to restructure the capital of Company.

It has been decided to appoint consultants to finalize the exchange ratio and other matter.
