Kanishk Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2009.

2. To recommend Dividend for the financial year 2008-09.
