NG Industries Board recommends dividend

NG Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.90 per share for the year ended March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of shareholders.
