ZF Steering - Change in Directorate

ZF Steering Gear India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2008, inter alia, have appointed Mr. B S Iyer and Mr. Klaus Trader as Alternate Directors for Dr. Wolfgang Zeitz and for Mr. Walter Salvasohn respectively of the Company.
