Marmagoa Steel - Outcome of Board Meeting

Marmagoa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Reappointment of the Chairman Mr. Ashok Kumar Mittal for a period of five years with effect from July 23, 2009 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next
AGM.

2. Reappointment of the Managing Director Mr. R K Radhakrishna for a period of five years with effect from July 23, 2009 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next AGM.
