Nikki Global - Postponement of Board Meeting

Nikki Global Finance Ltd has informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on June 29, 2009, to consider the preferential issue of Equity Shares of the Company, has been postponed and the same will be held on July 15, 2009.
