Hind Rectifiers Board recommends Dividend

Hind Rectifiers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.00 per share on increased share capital (Previous year Rs 2.00 per share).
