Maximaa Systems - Outcome of Board Meeting

Maximaa Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2009, have in principal approved amalgamation of Mapara Furniture Pvt. Ltd and MaxiMaa Infoways Pvt. Ltd with the Company. The capital of Company shall also be restructured.

The scheme of amalgamation is being finalised and shall be forwarded to relevant authority separately for approval.
