Cupid Trades & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 24, 2009 to August 31, 2009 (both days inclusive) (Revised) for the purpose of 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 31, 2009 instead of August 30, 2009 which was intimated earlier.
