ABC India - Board Meeting on Jul 24, 2009

ABC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2009, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2009.

Further the Company has informed that, the said meeting of the Board of Directors shall also consider and determine issuance of Equity Warrants or Shares on preferential basis including to promoters and persons acting in concert with them.
