Siemens - Outcome of Board Meeting

Siemens Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2009, inter alia, has revised the 'Appointed Date' for the merger of Flender Ltd, Kolkata (FL) with Siemens Ltd, from October 01, 2008 to October 01, 2009, subject to receipt of all statutory / regulatory approvals.
