Roopa Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of accounts for the year ending March 31, 2009.

2. Consideration of unaudited financial results as at June 30, 2009.

3. To fix date and venue of Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2009.

4. To decide Book Closure.

5. Re-appointment of Sri. TG Raghavendra, Chairman & Managing Director and Sri. VJ Sarma, Executive Director.
