Amraworld Agrico - Outcome of Board Meeting

Amraworld Agrico Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2009, the following directors of the Company have resigned as director of the Company with effect from July 15, 2009.

Now the compliance officer as well as Managing Director of the Company is Mr. Ashok Shah.

The Company had shifted registered office from
