Mangalore Chemicals Board recommends Dividend

Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2009, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Re 0.70 per equity share of nominal value of Rs 10/- for the financial year 2008-09, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
