Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that consequent upon the Board Resolution passed no May 21, 2009 by the Board of Directors of the Company that the Company have forfeited 14,20,100 shares of 1889 shareholders duly complied with all the procedures required under the Companies Act, 1956.
