Sybly Industries - Outcome of AGM

Sybly Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2009, inter alia, have taken the following decisions besides approving regular items:

1. Annual Statements of Accounts for the F.Y. year 2008-2009 were approved.

2. Sh. M C Mittal has been re-appointed as a Director of the Company.

3. Sh. M K Gupta has been re-appointed as a Director of the Company.

4. M/s. V S Gupta & Company, Chartered Accountants has been appointed as Statutory Auditors for another term.

5. Appointment of Smt. Suman Mittal, a relative of some of the directors, as employee of the Company has been approved.

6. Appointment of Mr. Nishant Mittal, a relative of some of the directors, as employee of the Company has been approved.
