APW President fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

APW President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed on August 15, 2009 for the purpose of payment of Dividend on Equity Shares @ Rs 3.00 (30%) per share for the Accounting Year ended March 31, 2009 & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 13, 2009.
