Surat Textile - Outcome of AGM

Surat Textile Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 11, 2009, inter alia, have approved the following items:

1. Adoption of Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2009 along with the Report of the Directors and Auditors thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. Y C Papaiya, Director, retiring by rotation.

3. Appointment of M/s. Natvarlal Vepari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
