Advani Hotels - Outcome of Board Meeting

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2009, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:

1. To not recommend any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2009.

2. To convene the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company on September 25, 2009 and approve the notice thereof.
