IL&FS Investsmart Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, vide resolution passed on August 13, 2009, have approved surrender of the Capital Markets Services Licence granted by the monetary Authority of Singapore for Dealing in Securities to IL&FS Investsmart Asia Pacific Private Limited, Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
