Kavveri Telecom - Appointment of Director

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Jagadish C V has been appointed as additional director under Section 260 of the Companies Act 1956 and also as Independent Director, with effect from August 17, 2009. The Board of Directors of the Company approved the said appointment by passing a resolution by circulation on August 17, 2009. Mr. Jagadish C V hold the office of director till the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
